Since the 1970s, the USA government＇s self- determination policy about American Indians have stimulated social development of American Indians to a certain degree, especially, the foundation of all kinds of organizations and educational and cultural development have forcefully illustrated that the American Indians have made great achievements in social development, and the living quality of the people there has been improved greatly. However, it does not mean all problems have been solved in American Indian society. Especially, compared with the overall level of the USA, the American Indians need quite longer time and more endeavors to reach equal living standard of the American society. And this is the mutual objective of the USA government and the American Indians.
