将影响我国技术进步的因素分为内部因素和外部因素两大类,通过对C—D函数进行改进,利用主成分分析和协整分析相结合的方法,建立影响技术进步的多变量计量模型。研究结果表明:内部因素对技术进步的作用要大于外部因素,其中,教育发展对于技术进步的弹性最大,而外商直接投资最小。最后提出了促进我国技术进步的相关政策建议。
The factors affecting technological progress in China are divided into internal factors and external factors. By improving the C - D function, this paper sets up a multivariate calculating model of affecting technological progress by combining principal component analysis and co - integration. The result shows that internal factors are more influencing than the external factors, in which educational development is the most flexible while foreign direct investment the least. Finally, it makes some suggestions for relevant policies of promoting technological progress.
