以已报道的甜瓜果斑病的致病基因和多个与致病性相关的未知蛋白为试材,采用生物信息学方法研究了其致病基因,并且利用生物信息学的工具和软件分析这些未知蛋白,以期为今后从分子水平防治果斑病奠定理论基础。结果表明:通过DNAMAN软件的比对分析,得到3个综合匹配程度较高的未知蛋白,预测这些蛋白是由该病菌Ⅲ型分泌系统的hrp基因簇编码;通过Bioedit和ProtParam软件工具分析获得6个未知蛋白的氨基酸组成、大小、分子质量、理论等电点和疏水性;同时运用DNAMAN软件分析得到相对应的二级结构。该研究结果可为今后深入研究此类基因提供指导作用。
Taking reported pathogenic genes and the unknown pathogenesis-related protein as the experimental materials.These pathogenic genes were studied using bioinformatics methods,and proteins through the application of tools and software of bioinformatics.The aim was to prevent the disease through the research of molecular pathogenic mechanism.The results showed that three high matched unknown proteins were predicted to be encoded by hrpgene cluster of typeⅢsecretion system in the bacteria through comparative analysis;the size,composition,molecular weight,theoretical isoelectric point and hydrophobicity of the six unknown proteins were gained by Bioedit and ProtParam;the secondary structure of these proteins were analyzed by DNAMAN.Analysis of pathogenesis-related genes could provide a guidance for further study.
