集中式馈线自动化能实现故障自动定位、自动隔离以及非故障设备区快速恢复供电,有效提高了配电网供电可靠性,开展含馈线自动化的配电网可靠性评估模型研究具有重要意义。构建了馈线自动化系统的可靠性模型,依据馈线自动化系统运行控制逻辑及其概率失效特性,对供电恢复过程中可能出现的各类负荷区域进行了详细分类。推导了各类负荷区域的停电时间和配电网的可靠性指标计算公式。通过算例仿真验证了所提模型的正确和有效性.并比较了不同供电恢复策略和馈线终端配置方案对可靠性的影响差异。
Since the centralized FA (Feeder Automation) system implements the automatic fault locating and isolation,realizes the fast power-supply recovery of healthy areas and improves the distribution network reliability effectively,research on the reliability evaluation model of distribution network incorporating FA becomes more significant. The reliability model of FA system is constructed,different types of the load area appeared during the power-supply recovery are classified according to the operational control logic and probabilistic failure characteristic of FA system,and the formulas for calculating the outage duration of different load area types and the reliability indices of distribution network are deduced. The correctness and effectiveness of the proposed model are verified by case study and the impacts of different power-supply recoverv strategies and feeder terminal configuration schemes on the reliabilitv are comnared.
