Though the public pedagogy is an important subject for normal colleges and universities, its instruction is getting into troubles these years for two masons. One is caused by the teachers＇ inner quality, the other is caused by the poor curriculum and pedagogical reform and the wrong direction of the scientific research. To get out of these troubles one of the measures taken is to increase the teachers＇ inner quality, the second is to reform the curriculum＇ s structures and pedagogy, the third is to afforce the practical connections with normal colleges and universities and the schools, the fourth to give enough assists, and the last to cultivate the students＇ reflective capacity.
