Firstly,the paper identifies two key issues including determination of reserved scope and key parameters of reserved way through literature analysis related to reserving retention money. Secondly,analyzes the specific reserved scope from progress payment in line with the use of retention money. Thirdly,clearly states the determination of nodes and calculation base,and discusses the determination of reasonable reserved proportion and whether taking interest into account or not,besides the paper proposes the corresponding recommendations.
