工业化对于一个国家或地区经济腾飞的重要性,已经被西方发达国家的经验和道路所证实。在实现工业化的过程中,农村劳动力转移是世界各国都曾经或必将面对的课题。基于沪鲁晋364份调查问卷的实证分析表明：就业风险、就业环境和就业条件都是影响我国农村剩余劳动力转移的重要因素。总体来看,目前我国农村剩余劳动力就业的风险比较大,总体形势并不乐观。降低我国农村剩余劳动力就业风险、改善城镇就业环境、提高农村劳动力的自身素质,是摆在我们面前的重要课题。
英文摘要：
The way that West developed countries went through highlights the importance of industrialization for the economic boom of a country or region.Rural labor transfer is an inevitable task for industrialization no matter where and when.Our empirical analysis through 364 questionnaires from Shanghai,Shandong and Shanxi Provinces shows that employment risks,employment environment,and employment Conditions are three important factors that affect rural labor transfer in China.Generally speaking,currently,those surplus rural labor forces are facing more employment risks,which indicate the overall situation is serious.Therefore,how to reduce employment risks,improve urban employment environment and promote the quality of rural labor forces is an important issue to be solved.
