本文通过添加大蒜多糖对人的粪悬液进行体外厌氧培养,采用选择性培养基对培养液的拟杆菌计数。并从培养液中分离出两株拟杆菌菌株,通过七叶苷水解、糖发酵等生理生化试验,初步鉴定其为拟杆菌属(Bacteroides spp.)。实验表明,大蒜多糖培养基中拟杆菌数量有明显增加,约增殖1.6-3.4个数量级,表明拟杆菌能够利用大蒜多糖促进自身增殖。
The effect of garlic polysaccharides on the growth of human faecal bacteria was investigated via in vitro fermentation under anaerobic conditions. Two strains of Bacteroides were isolated from the garlic polysaccharides fermentation broth with BBE selective culture plates. The two strains were classified as Bacteroides spp. according to Esculin hydrolysis, sugar fermentation and other physiological and biochemical tests. Results suggested the growth of Bacteroides can be significantly stimulated about 1.6-3.4 orders of magnitude by the four garlic polysaccharides and inulin.
