为了研究微小尺度成形件材料流动应力波动特点,采用纯铜圆柱体,在不同的摩擦条件下进行镦粗试验,并通过测量端面显微硬度来研究应力波动情况。结果显示,在大变形和有润滑的条件下,流动应力波动较小。
In order to investigate the fluctuation characteristics of flow stress distribution in micro forming, upsetting tests of copper cylinders were carried out in different friction conditions, and the flow stress fluctuation was studied by measuring micro hardness of the surfaces. Results showed that flow stress fluctuation was comparatively small in conditions of large deformation and good lubrication.
