英文摘要：

Qinhuangdao port is the most important energy transportation channel and coal loading port in China, but its status in the national ports has been gradually declining during the port rapid development period, now it is in the key period of transformation and upgrading. Against the background of comprehensively understanding the development basis and environment of Qinhuangdao, this article intensively studied the problems of the transformation and upgrading in the Qinhuangdao the prospect of port transportation, the relationship port from three aspects which included of port and city and the port soft power. On this basis, the path of transformation and upgrading of Qinhuangdao port was proposed： reasonably use port coastline resources, improve the port comprehensive service capacity, promote the integration of port and city, and realize the transition to a green and wise port.
