运用位序-规模法则,以近25年来各港口集装箱吞吐量为主要指标,研究环渤海地区集装箱港口体系的规模分布特征及变化规律.结果表明:1)环渤海地区集装箱港口体系具有一定的位序-规模分布特征,但不同阶段、不同规模的港口在分布特征上出现明显分化,港口区域化逐渐进入深层次和高级化.2)港口集装箱吞吐量的位序-规模分布变化轨迹呈现双分形、单分形、单双交替、单分形4个阶段,揭示了环渤海地区港口区域化过程中,集装箱运输经历了枢纽港支配的高度集中阶段、支线港迅速成长并大型化阶段、中小型集装箱港口涌现初期、集装箱港口系统整合4个阶段.3)结合首位度和基尼系数变化特征可知,环渤海地区集装箱运输的集中化与分散化交替时期较长;系统优化与类型整合更早、更快,集装箱运输及其背后的物流空间运营与组织网络是港口区域化的决定性力量.4)青岛、大连和天津3个枢纽港对环渤海地区集装箱港口体系的演变起主导作用,支线港的快速发展也是不可忽视的重要力量.环渤海地区港口群应该形成有效的竞争合作,以应对国际大港的激烈竞争.
Taking container throughput over recent 25 years as the research subjects,the rank-size distribution character and change rule are disscussed by using the rank-size law.Some results are obtained as follows:the Bohai Rim container port system has a certain rank-size distribution character,but different stages and different scale of ports have obvious differentiation.Fractal structure change of port system shows that the internal structure system is gradually stabilized from the disorder with the emergence and development of new ports;port decentralizes from the increase in the number of changes to the system optimization and classification integration,port regionalization has gradually entered deep and advanced level.The fractal structure of container throughput varies from double fractal to single fractal,then to single fractal and double fractal and finally single fractal.Container transportation has experienced four development stages:highly centralized control of the hub port,rapid growth and large-scale of the lateral port,the emergence of small and medium sized container ports,container port system integration.Combine with primary index and Gini coefficient,container transportation and its organization network are the decisive power of port regionalization.Qingdao,Dalian and Tianjin play a leading role on the evolution of the Bohai Rim container port system,while regional ports are an important force.The Bohai Rim port group should form an effective competition and cooperation in order to cope with the fierce competition in the international port.
