组织学习与战略执行力的关系是战略管理领域的最新进展。基于文献研究及薛云奎等的战略执行力理论框架,提出了组织学习对战略执行力及其三个维度影响的研究假设并架构了研究模型。运用修正的组织学习测量量表和薛云奎等的战略执行力测量量表,采用中国样本数据,使用相关、回归和结构方程模型分析方法,对研究假设和研究模型进行了实证检验,结果表明,组织学习对战略执行力及其三个测量维度均呈显著正向影响。
The relationship between organizational learning and strategic implementation power is the latest study evolvement in the domain of changes in strategy.Based on literature research and the framework for the strategic implementation power of Xue Yun-Kui et al.,the author puts forward a study hypothesis that organizational learning has an impact on strategic implementation power and its three measurement dimensions,and constructs a research model.Making use of the organizational learning measurement scale corrected by the author and the strategic implementation power measurement scale developed by Xue Yun-Kui et al.and the Chinese sample data,applying the study methods of correlation analysis,regression analysis and structural equation modeling,the author tests the study hypotheses and models,concluding that the impact of organizational learning to strategic implementation power and its three measurement dimensions are significantly positive.
