在全国土地资源“一张图”管理模式下，面向多级土地资源数据管理和多种业务集成的需求，文章对土地资源信息管理的特点进行分析，研究多视角的土地资源多级网格划分与服务分类体系，提出土地资源多级网格服务模型LR／｜MGS，并对土地资源多级网格服务调度与管理机制进行了阐述.最后，以浙江省土地资源管理为例，设计土地资源省市县网格管理原型系统Land Grid，实现跨级跨部门的数据管理与服务调用，从而验证土地资源多级网格服务模型的可行性.
英文摘要：
Under the ＂a map＂ management mode of land resource, facing the needs of the land resource data management and business integration, the paper analyzed the characteristics of land resource information management, researched on the multi-grid division of land resource and service classification from multiple aspects, proposed a multi grid service model LR- MGS, and elaborated the dispatch and mechanism of the service. Taking the land resource management in Zhejiang province as an example, the paper designed the prototype system Land Grid, achieved inter-departmental data sharing, and verified that LR-MGS model was feasible.
