目的探讨脑卒中排尿障碍患者实施间歇导尿前存在的问题与护理对策。方法选择我院70例有间歇导尿适应症的脑卒中患者为研究对象，采用自行设计的调查问卷表进行调查分析。结果实施间歇导尿前，患者存在的问题主要有：反复导尿引起并发症占90％（63170）、出院后无法实施间歇导尿占71％（50／70）、医疗费用高占60％（42170）、观念无法接受占54％（38／70）、麻烦占23％（16／70）。结论针对脑卒中排尿障碍患者实施间歇导尿前存在的主要问题，采取有针对性的护理措施，能增加间歇导尿的依从性，提高生活质量。

英文摘要：

Objective To explore the problems and nursing measures for patients with cerebral apoplexy combined with urination disorder before intermittent catheterization. Methods 70 patients with cerebral apoplexy in our hospital whose indication was intermittent catheterization were selected. Investigation and analysis were carried out via a self-designed questionnaire. Results Before intermittent catheterization, problems in patients mainly include： complications induced by repeated catheterization, 90% （63/70）, intermittent catheterization could not be carried out after discharge, 71% （50/70）, high medical costs, 60% （42/70）, the concept could not be accepted, 54% （38/70）, a trouble, 23% （16/70）. Conclusion Regarding main problems in patients with cerebral apoplexy combined with urination disorder before intermittent catheterization, the adoption of specific nursing measures improves patients＇ comphance of intermittent catheterization and enhances their life quality.
