针对中小制造型企业(SMPEs)产能决策问题,研究基于复杂需求环境和产品合格率随机的产能优化问题,构建两周期生产条件下的需求均不确定且相互独立和产品合格率随机情况下的利润模型,以利润最大化为目标,通过计算推导得出该模型存在最优产能的可行解。研究表明该生产条件下产能与总利润存在先增后降的关系,且得出第二周期中产品合格率越低,则最大润越小,最优生产产能越大。
To research of the capacity decision in the small and medium -sized manufacturing enter- prises (SMPEs), an optimal capacity decision is studied based on complex requirement environment and random product qualified rate. A profit model is presented in two -period with uncertain demand and random product qualified rate. There has the feasible solution of optimal capacity of this model. The results show that the tion, and products relationship of productivity and profit increase firstly and then decrease in this condi-qualified rate is lower in the second period of, the maximum profit is smaller, the optimal production capacity is bigger.
