目的:探讨"中华传统健身操"的健身效应,拓展当代健身功法的新思路。方法:选取符合诊断标准及纳入标准的青年大学生志愿者185例,随机分为测试组(88例)、对照组(97例),测试组习练"中华传统健身操",对照组习练"第八套广播体操",每周练习3次,坚持观察4周,采用经络能量健康检测系统(ETS)总结比较疗效。结果:测试组对于受试者的身高、体质量、体质量指数、体能状态、植物神经功能有显著改善,对照组则仅在体质量、体质量指数方面呈现明显改善(P〈0.01)。两组相较测试组的综合健身效应优于对照组,但并无显著差异。结论:"中华传统健身操"的健身效应明显,适合广大百姓普及,值得深入挖掘探索。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of‘Chinese traditional setting-up exercises’,and to open a new thinking.Methods:185 Volunteers had been chosen in accord with chosen criteria,and then divided randomly into the test group (n=88),control group(n=97).The test group practice‘Chinese traditional setting-up exercises’,and the control group practiced with‘the 8th guang-bo exercise’three times every weeks.The treatment and observation were carried out for 4 weeks and the curative effect was compared and summed up by ETS.Results:Both the test group and control group can improve the weight,length,energy and nerve function,while control group can do good to weight and weight exponent.The combined curative effect of test group was much better than the control group.Conclusion:‘Chinese traditional setting-up exercises’had obvious curative effect and matched the use of the mass,it was worth to study further.
