塑性加工过程中,对模具或坯料施加低频振动可以改善材料塑性,降低成形力,改善组织,使组织细密均匀,提升力学性能,提高抗拉强度,且由于低频振动功率大、技术简单,更容易实现工业化。文章揭示了低频振动式塑性加工的工作机理,分析了低频振动在理论研究和工业应用的现状,对典型低频振动塑性加工技术进行了剖析,并就低频振动存在的问题和发展进行了探讨。
Low frequency vibration applied on dies or blank during the plastic forming process can improve the material plasticity , reduce the forming force , refine the grain structure , improve the mechanical properties and the tensile strength . For its high power and easier to achieve industrialization , the plastic forming technology superimposed low frequency vibration has become a new research hotspot .This paper expounds the mechanism of the plastic forming with low frequency vibration ,and introduces its current state of theoretical research and industrial applications .Several typical plastic processing technologies with low frequency vibration are analyzed , and both the insufficient and future development are also discussed in the end .
