电磁直驱式液压泵具备结构简单、体积小、效率高、噪声低等一系列优点,成为目前先进液压元件研究的热点.分析了阀控式和泵控式调速液压系统的优缺点,简介了电动机与液压泵集成化来构造电磁直驱式液压泵的基本原理.重点对典型的串联、并联式电磁直驱式液压泵的基本结构、工作原理及其特性,电磁直驱液压泵的关键技术进行了论述,进一步探讨了电磁直驱式液压泵的发展趋势.
The direct drive motor-pump has become one of research focuses in the hydraulic system research for its advantages of simple structure,small size,high efficiency,low noise etc.In this paper,we discuss the disadvantages and advantages of the valve regulation and pump-controlled hydraulic system,and introduce the fundamental of the direct drive motor-pump derived from the integration of an electric motor and a pump.Focusing on the basic structure,working principle and characteristics of the direct drive motor-pump,we discuss its key technology and development trend.
