英文摘要：

In this paper, the finite dimensional modular Lie superalgebra W^-（ n, m ） is constructed, its O-type derivations are given. Then derivation superalgebra of W^-（ n, m ） is determined. Finally it is proved that W^-（ n, m ）is determined by the positive integers n and m.
