目的：综述乙型肝炎病毒的分子基因型在中国境内的地理分布的特点、临床特征和治疗疗效的关系。方法：收集并综述近五年中国大陆的研究成果。结果：虽然HBV有8个基因型，但中国大陆只有4个基因型别流行，其分布表现出明显的地域性。结论：中国大陆HBV基因型与HBV自然史、致病性、预防、治疗等关系的研究为今后控制乙型肝炎提出了方向。
英文摘要：
Objective： To review the distribution of different genotype Hepatitis B virus in different provinces and explore the relationship of different genotype with hepatitis B clinical characteristics, Methods： To collect and review about 23 papers in recently years. Results： There are four hepatitis B virus genotypes in Chinese mainland, there are significant difference in the distribution in different provinces, and it is different in clinical significance. Conclusion： It provided an idea for us to make a program on genotyping, pathogenicity, prevention and treatment on hepatitis B.
