采用高级毛细管流变仪,分别测定乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)及EVOH/纳米SiO2复合材料的流变性能,研究了不同温度、不同纳米SiO2含量对复合材料加工性能的影响。以上述流变性能测试为参考,改变加工工艺,采用熔融共混法制备EVOH/纳米SiO2复合材料并吹塑成膜,测试薄膜的性能。结果表明,随着纳米SiO2用量的增加,复合材料的熔融流动性有较大的下降,可加工的温度范围越来越窄,可添加纳米SiO2的最大量约为5%;当纳米SiO2质量分数大于3%时,复合材料的熔体流变性受温度影响较小;不同加工工艺对所制备的EVOH膜及EVOH/纳米SiO2复合膜性能有较大影响。
The influence of different temperature and contents of nano-SiO2 on the rheological behavior of the composites was researched through measuring the rheological behavior of the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer(EVOH) and the EVOH/nano-SiO2 composites by advanced capillary rheometer.Using rheological properties of composites as a reference,changing processing technology,EVOH/SiO2 nano-composites were prepared by melt blending and blown to film,after that,we tested the performance of the films.The results show that: with the increase of the amount of nano-SiO2,the melt flow properties of the composite have a great decline and the processing temperature range becomes more and more narrow.The maximum amount of nano-SiO2 is about 5%.When the mass fraction of nano-SiO2 is greater than 3%,the melt flow properties of the composite is less affected by temperature.Different processing technologies have a certain impact on the performance of EVOH and EVOH/nano-SiO2 composite.
