目的:比较钠葡萄糖共转运体SGLT1在肝癌组织和癌旁组织的表达,及SGLT1与肝癌TNM分级的相关性。方法:采用SP免疫组化技术,对79例肝癌患者组织芯片进行染色,统计学分析。结果:SGLT1在肝癌中阳性率高于癌旁组织,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.001),并且SGLT1在肝癌中表达程度与肝癌TNM分期具有相关性(P〈0.001)。结论:SGLT1在肝癌中表达程度与肝癌TNM分期具有相关性,提示SGLT1在肝癌的发生和发展中有意义,通过对SGLT1介导的肿瘤依赖葡萄糖能量代谢的研究,为肝癌的发展机制研究提供新的理论基础。
Objective : To detect the expression of sodium/glucose co - transporter 1 ( SGLT1 ) in liver cancer tis- sue and paired adjacent normal tissue, and the relation with the TNM classification of liver cancer. Methods:The ex- pression of SGLT1 in liver cancer tissue and adjacent normal tissue were assayed by immunohistochemical staining. Results:The expression of SGLTI in liver cancer was higher than adjacent normal tissue. And the level of SGLT1 in liver cancer was positively correlated with tumor pathology TNM classification. Conclusion:The SGLT1 protein level is inversely correlated with TNM classfication. Targeting the actions of SGLT1 in cell glucose - dependent energy de- livery may provide an attractive strategy for diagnosis and therapeutic intervention in human hepatocellular carcinoma.
