目的：探讨微波消融治疗在联合肝脏分割和门静脉结扎的分阶段肝切除术（associating liver partition and portal vein ligation for staged hepatectomy,ALPPS）中的临床应用价值。方法：通过对我中心ALPPS病例治疗中相关资料的分析,分析微波消融治疗断面处理后的实际效果。结果：ALPPS第一阶段手术肝脏离断面利用微波消融治疗进行创面预处理,创面止血效果确切,第二阶段手术肝脏离断创面无感染,无明显粘连。结论：微波消融治疗处理断面能够有效减少ALPPS第二阶段手术创面的粘连及感染风险,具有重要的临床应用价值。
英文摘要：
Objective：To explore the clinical application value of microwave ablation in ALPPS.Methods：To analyze the information of treatment process of ALPPS case,and the treatment effect of microwave ablation after processing.Results：By pretreating the fracture surface by microwave ablation in the first stage of ALPPS,hemostatic effect was obvious,and reduced adhesion and infection in the second stage of the operation.Conclusion：Pretreating the fracture surface by microwave ablation can reduce adhesion and infection risk,which has the important value in clinical application.
