以聚碳酸酯(PC)膜为模板,结合溶胶凝胶法制备了直径为200nm的非晶态氧化钼纳米棒阵列;390℃热处理1h后转变为晶型良好且高度有序的MoO3·2H2O纳米棒阵列。利用XRD、TGDSC、SEM和HRTEM测试手段分析产物的形貌与结构,同时发现该阵列具有较好的场发射性能。
Amorphous molybdenum oxide nanorod arrays with diameters of 200 nm have been synthesized in porous polycarbonate template using sol-gel process. After heattreatment at 390℃ for l h, the MoO3· 2H2O nanorod arrays were obtained. The strueture and morphology of the produets were eharaeterized by XRD, TG-DSC,SEM and HRTEM. The arrays showed good field emission property.
