为了深入了解十六烷基三甲基溴化胺(CTAB)阳离子表面活性剂与阻垢剂羟基亚甲基二膦酸(HEDP)的相互作用,通过测量表面张力考察了混合表面活性剂在油藏水中的表面活性。通过正规溶液理论模型,计算了CTAB/HEDP混合表面活性剂油藏水溶液的胶束化参数。结果表明,HEDP使CTAB溶液的表面张力和临界胶束浓度(cmc)大幅降低,表面活性提高,CTAB摩尔分数为0.7时的表面活性最好。计算得到CTAB/HEDP混合胶束中的相互作用参数βm为-2.2~-4.7,活度系数fCTABm〈1,表明油藏水溶液中CTAB与HEDP间的相互作用较强。当混合体系中CTAB摩尔分数为0.7时,βm达到最大值4.52。图4表1参10
In order to study the interaction between hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB) cationic surfactant and hydoxy methylene diphosphonic acid(HEDP) scale inhibitor,the surface activity of mixed solution with CTAB and HEDP in reservoir water was measured by surface tension methods.By the use of regular solution theory,the micellization parameter between CTAB and HEDP in reservoir water was calculated.The results showed that the surface tension and critical micelle concentration(cmc) of CTAB solution decreased obviously by HEDP,and the activity of the mixture increased.The best molar fraction of CTAB(xCTAB) in the mixed surfactants was of 0.7.The interaction parameter βm of CTAB/HEDP mixed micelles was about-2.2—-4.7,and the activity coefficient fCTABm1.It was indicated that there was a strong synergistic interaction between CTAB and HEDP.The maximum value of βm was of 4.52 with xCTAB 0.7.
