Taking a city in a capital city as an example, this paper made case research on its road maintenance performance evaluation problems, proposed the implementation of city road maintenance performance assessment was the only way to further improve the city road management, ma-intenance efficiency, maintenance level, had some reference suggestions to municipal facilities management and maintenance performance assess-ment.
