采用河南省粮食主产区H县350个样本农户的调查数据研究农业规模经营对农户化肥投入水平的影响。研究结果表明：耕地面积的扩大降低了样本农户在单位面积耕地的化肥投入水平,但参加分散经营的农民合作社却提高了样本农户在单位面积耕地的化肥投入水平。这揭示出当前我国农村不同形式的新型农业经营主体发展对农户在单位面积耕地化肥投入水平的影响并不一致,以统一生产为基础的规模化经营更有利于降低农户的化肥投入水平。进一步的分析表明,上述结论仅在与县城距离较近的农户样本中成立。在此基础上提出如下建议：一是鼓励农户通过土地流转实现农业适度规模经营;二要鼓励农民合作社内部更高程度的统一生产经营;三要加强县域偏远农村地区的农业施肥新技术推广。

英文摘要：

Based on survey data o! 350 rural households in H County,Henan Province, the article analyzed how the agricultural scale operation affected !armers ’ input in chemical fertilizers. The analysis results con-firmed that enlarging the area o! cultivated land reduces sample !armers ’ input in chemical fertilizers while participating in !armers cooperatives with decentralized operations improves it.The conclusions indicated that the development o! different new agricultural operation organizations have different influence on farmers , input in chemical fertilizers in current China,and that scale operation based on unified production is more beneficial to reducing farmers’ input in chemical lertilizers.Further research suggested that the above conclusions are only robust in the sub-sample which is close to county seat.On the foundation of the above analysis, corresponding policy recommendations were proposed.
