为了解决结合部仿真建模的问题,依据赫兹接触理论和G-W模型推导出连接零件结合部的有效接触面积计算公式,对结合部的有效接触面积内有限元单元节点刚性连接的建模方法进行了研究。以某印制板夹具为例,按照所提方法得到了结合部的有效接触面积,运用Patran软件中MPC命令建立了螺钉连接件有效接触面积的有限元单元节点刚性连接的模型。通过比较印制板夹具实测模态和计算模态的非平动前四阶模态频率及计算模态保证判据(MAC)值,表明所建有限元模型是合理的、符合实际的,从而证明了有效接触面积刚性连接建模方法的正确性,可以为其他产品的结合部仿真建模提供参考和借鉴。
In order to solve the problem of the contact surface modeling,a formula for calculating the actual contact area of con neclion parts is derived based on Hertz contact theory and G-W model. The modeling method for the rigid connection of the nodes of the finite element unit within the real contact area is investigated. A PCB fixture is then taken as an example to establish the finite element model of the rigid connection of unit nodes with MPC commands in Patran software based on the actual contact area derived by the aforementioned theory. By calculating the MAC values and comparing the first four order modal fre quencies between the simulating modal results and the measured modal results, it is indicated that the built finite element model is reasonable and practical. It is proved that the modeling theory of the actual contact area of rigid connection is the validate, and it could provide a theoretical and practical guidance for the modelling and simulationfor other products.
