预处理对一清复方水提液陶瓷膜微滤工艺的影响

探讨减压抽滤、离心、絮凝等预处理方法对一清复方水提液的溶液环境以及微滤过程中膜通量、过滤阻力分布影响.研究发现,不同预处理方式都能改善膜过滤工艺,离心(5000 r/min)在改善料液环境和膜通量方面优于其他预处理方式.

英文摘要:

The aim of the present work was to investigate the effects of pretreatment process such as decompress filtration,centrifugation and Chitosan flocculating on the microfiltration of Yiqingfufang extract using ceremic membrane.The resistance distributions along with membrane flux were analysised in order to study the fouling mechanism of membrane.The results show that different pretreatment process obviously improve membrane microfiltration process.Centrifugation(5 000 r/min)is better than other pretreatments in the membrane flux and the improvement of feed liquid surroundings.
