针对目前中药水提液因组成复杂而难以与新型分离技术接轨的问题,提出"中药溶液环境"概念,根据理论推导和大样本中药体系的数据,挖掘、筛选出可客观、准确、全面反映中药水提液分离性质的理化参数及其数据集,建立"中药溶液环境"表征技术系统.通过"理化参数-高分子组成-膜过程特征相关性"研究,解决中药物料难以建立传质模型的难题.针对"中药溶液环境"建立多尺度、多指标的中药膜过程研究模式,形成面向中药物料的"膜过程优化"系列关键共性技术,即中药物料预处理技术、陶瓷膜精制中药的膜污染预报与防治系统、膜富集挥发油流程与集成技术,中药生产"固液分离、纯化(精制)、浓缩"一体化膜工程设计与实施,实现中药制药生产的高效、环保、稳定与智能控制.
The research strategy of"solution environment"of water decoction of Chinese medical herbs was put up in allusion to the complicated composition and the difficult connection with modern separation technique.The characterized technology system was built according to the physical and chemical parameters which could reflect the nature of the separation on water decoction objectively,accurately and integrally.Furthermore,all the parameters were selected by theoretical deduction and data mining from large samples with Chinese medical herbs.The problems for establishing models of mass transfer were solved by the study on the correlation with "physical and chemical parameters-polymers compositioncharacteristics of membrane process".A series of key and common technology on membrane process optimization with Chinese medicine material were formed according to the research mode of multi-scale and multi-index with water decoction of Chinese medical herbs.A series of key and common technology were composed of the preconditioning technique,the preventing and forecasting system of ceramic membrane,and the procedure and integration technique to enriching volatile oil.The high efficiency,environment protection,high stability and intelligent control of Chinese medicine pharmaceutical production were realized through engineering design of integrated membrane technique which was described as"separation with solid and liquid,purification and concentration".
