在塑料尺注射成型工艺参数优化的基础上,建立了塑件的注射成型工艺参数与流动残余应力的函数关系.借助回归分析方法,建立了工艺参数与流动残余应力的显式函数关系.采用人工神经网络方法,建立了工艺参数与流动残余应力的隐式函数关系.最后采用模拟退火算法,对借助回归分析方法建立的显式函数关系进行了工艺参数的优化分析,并与正交优化结果比较,验证其合理性.建立的两种函数关系对研究工艺参数与流动残余应力的影响,预测塑件的流动残余应力具有重要意义.
On the base of orthogonal optimization of injection molding process parameters for plastic square,the functional relationships between process parameters and flow residual stress was established.By use of regression analysis,an explicit functional relationship was established between process parameters and flow residual stress.Then,an implicit functional relationship between process parameters and flow residual stress was established using artificial neural network.Lastly,process parameters were optimized with the explicit functional relation adopting simulated annealing algorithm.The optimal result was compared with the result of orthogonal optimization to validate the rationality.It was of important to study the effect of process parameters on flow residual stress and forecast the flow residual stress of injection product.
