为了满足便携式设备电源高耗能、低污染的需求,关于微型燃料电池的应用研究也日益增多。双极板作为微型燃料电池关键部件之一,其质量占电池总质量的70%~80%。成本占电池成本的40%~50%。综述了微型燃料电池双极板的流场结构、微流场加工工艺和极板材料的研究现状,重点叙述了流场结构、流场加工工艺和极板材料的优缺点。并指出了亟待解决的问题。对降低双极板质量和成本、提高微型燃料电池运行效率的研究具有指导性意义。
In order to meet the need of portable devices which with high energy consumption and low pollution, the researches of micro fuel cell are also increasing. Bipolar plate as one of the key components of the micro fuel cell, its quality accounts for 70%-80% of the total mass of the battery, and its costs accounts for 40%-50% of the battery. This paper describes the research of the structure of the flow field, the processing of micro flow field and the materials of micro fuel cell, highlight their strengths and weaknesses, and pointed out that the most pressing problem. It has a guiding significance to reduce the quality and cost of the bipolar, and improve the operating efficiency.
