针对智能轴承结构设计的问题,分析了凸缘与凹槽的几何参数对轴承变形和应力分布的影响,并通过智能轴承故障的动力学模拟仿真,研究了智能轴承与传统监测方法在振动感知方面的差异。经智能轴承原理样机的实际监测运行,检验验证了新型智能轴承的有效性和故障监测能力。
Aimed at the structural design of smart bearings,the effect of geometry parameters for flange and groove on bearing deformation and stress is studied,and the dynamic simulation is also performed on smart bearing with fault to study the difference between traditional monitoring methods and smart bearings in detecting vibration.The observed results from smart bearing prototype show that the new type smart bearing is effective in monitoring faults.
