为了使强化研磨过程中研磨料经过喷头时能量损失最小,需要设计合理的喷头锥度。采用Pro/E建立5种不同锥度的CAD模型,导入ANSYS数值模拟分析5种不同锥度的喷头在相同的初始条件下的压力云图和速度云图。结果表明:当锥度c=0.1时,压力和速度损失最小,从而得出喷头锥度的最优值为c=0.1。
In order to minimize the energy loss in the process of strengthening the grinding process,the design of reasonable nozzle taper was needed,Pro / E was used to establish five different taper CAD models. The ANSYS numerical simulation was introduced to analyze the pressure and velocity images of five different kinds of nozzles under the same initial conditions. The result shows that the pressure and velocity loss of the taper c = 0.1 is the smallest,the optimal value of the nozzle taper is c = 0.1.
