针对目前轴承振动监测存在的问题,基于单惯性质量块,提出了一种应用于轴承振动监测和故障诊断的三维机械差动压电式加速度传感器。建立了该传感器的质量一弹簧一阻尼的动力学模型,获得传感器的性能指标和动态响应曲线。同时利用有限元方法对该模型的特性进行了仿真分析,仿真结果表明:三维机械差动压电式加速度传感器具有固有频率高、输出灵敏度高和测量频率范围宽的特性,可用于轴承振动信号的获取。同时具有结构简单、尺寸小等优点。
Aiming at problems in bearing vibration monitoring, a 3D mechanical differential piezoelectric acceleration sensor is proposed to be applied in bearing vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis based on single inertial mass. Mass-spring-damper dynamic model of the sensor is built and performance indexes and dynamic response curves are obtained. Meanwhile, the model is simulated with FEM, the simulation results show that the 3D mechanical differential piezoelectric acceleration sensor is able to acquire the bearing vibration signal with high natural frequency and high output sensitivity and wide measurement frequency range. Meanwhile, it has advantages of simple structure and small sizes.
