由于高速和城际客运专线的引入以及运量的不断增长,铁路枢纽需要扩建既有客运站或新建客运站。客运站选址问题研究的是既有客运站的扩建方案以及新建客运站的数量和位置。客运站分工问题研究的是当枢纽内设置有多个客运站时,各客运站运输任务的合理分配。客运站选址与分工问题研究的是两问题的协同优化,以旅客的支付费用和铁路的投资建设费用最少为目标,以客运站的始发终到和通过能力限制、线路的旅客列车通过能力限制、旅客的出行需求以及投资建设资金限制为约束,构建这一问题的多目标非线性混合整数规划模型。结合问题特点,设计基于枚举、最短路和线性规划的搜索算法。算例表明该模型和算法的可行性。
Due to introduction of high-speed railways and intercity dedicated passenger lines and gradual increase of transport volumes,the existing passenger stations need to be expanded or new passenger stations need to be built for railway terminals.Location of passenger stations relates to determining the expansion schemes of the existing passenger stations and the number and location of new passenger stations.Task assigning of passenger stations deals with rationally dividing transportation tasks among passenger stations in a railway terminal installed with multiple passenger stations.Locating and task assigning of passenger stations are to be optimized in coordination.The multiple-objectives nonlinear mixed integer programming model is established,aiming at minimizing passenger fares expenses and railway investment costs,and taking the capacity of origination,arrival at destination and passage of passenger stations,the passenger trains through capacity of railway lines,passenger traffic demand and construction investment funds as constraints.Combining with the features of studies,the search algorithm is designed on the basis of enumeration,multiple shortest paths and linear program.Computational examples demonstrate the feasibility of the model and algorithm.
