Different social structures,diversified interest subjects,various kinds of cultures and life styles are contemporary background of equality and justice.Differences do exist between person and person,between group and group,and do affect what equality and justice are.Therefore difference equality,which acknowledges of differences between person and person,between group and group,is the rational appeal at present.In order to reach difference equality,cultural hegemony should be reduced,economic monopoly should be abolished and political discrimination should be eliminated.
