本设计是以STC89C52单片机为核心,开发了一种可以通过Wi-Fi通信技术远程控制进行冰面钻孔的机器人.针对北方冬天气温低,湖面和河道会结冰,给捕鱼工作者带来困难和危险这一情况,利用51单片机和改制好的路由器进行串口通信,发送数据包来控制直流电机从而驱动机器人进行移动、钻孔的动作,再利用温度传感器进行空气温度和冰下温度的测量,所测得的数据通过Wi-Fi数据传输到主控制台,就可以得到机器人前方的实时路况.经实验检验,本设计已经能达到实现远程实时控制机器人在冰上的作业目的,降低了冰面捕鱼工作者在冰面上钻孔的危险性,并且大大提高了捕鱼效率,具有一定科研价值和应用前景.
This paper based on the STC89C52 single chip as the core, designed and exploited the intelligent ice drilling robot un der the remote control of Wi-Fi communication technology. According to the low temperature in the North' s winter, the lake and river freezes, it is difficult and dangerous for fishing man. The design makes use of 5 lsingle chip microcomputer and restructured router to communication, sending data packets to control the DC motor to drive the robot to move, drilling action and then temperature sensor will acquire the temperature of the air and water, the date through Wi-Fi transfers to the main console so that the display can show real-time traffic in front of the robot. Checked by experiments, the design has been proved to have the ability to achieve the long-distance and real-time control of robot operations, and reduce the risk of drilling on the ice for fisherman and improving efficiency in fishing. And this will has scientific merit and application prospect.
