配电网发生单相接地故障时,故障零序电流首半波暂态能量集中,故障信息丰富.提出了一种利用特征频带相对能量的自适应故障选线方法。利用形态滤波器对各条线路暂态零序电流进行滤波预处理.应用小波包分解,按照能量最大的观点确定各条线路暂态零序电流的特征频段,剔除稳态分量及其他频带信息,提高选线的裕度。通过比较特征频段下故障后一个周期内首个1/4周期和最后1/4周期的相对能量大小.形成故障选线判据。理论分析及大量的仿真结果表明.该方法有效提取并充分利用了故障暂态信息.放大了故障暂态特征,避开了电流互感器饱和引起的间断角对选线准确性的影响,对于配网缆-线混合线路故障选线,该方法准确、可靠。
As the transient energy and abundant fault information are concentrated in the first half wave of zero sequence current when single phase grounding fault occurs,an adaptive faulty line detection method based on the relative energy of characteristic frequency band. The morphological filter is developed to filter the noises in transient zero sequence current of every line and the wavelet packet decomposition is then used to determine its characteristic frequency band according to the maximum energy theory and to exclude the steady- state components and the information outside the band for enhancing the margin of faulty line detection. Faulty line is detected by comparing the relative energy between the first and the last quarters of the fist cycle after fault. Theoretic analysis and simulations show that,the method enlarges the transient characteristics and avoids the effect of CT saturation on disconnection angle,being correct and reliable for the faulty line detection of distribution network With hybrid transmission lines.
