The development of HDDR process for preparing NdPeB magneuc powoer is reviewed in this paper. The effect of modified HDDR process on the microstructure and the magnetic properties of magnetic powder is analyzed. Eventually, the foreground of HDDR process for preparing the high performance anisotropic magnetic powder is forecasted.
