The effects of power rampart V0 on the energy level in infinitely potential well has been studied in this paper by constructing. The energy level of odd parity gradually approach that of even parity with increasing V0. When V0 approaches infinity, two energies are equal and the energy level changes from original nondegeneracy to degeneracy, The scope of the power rampart V0 can see as the tiny disturbance is also discussed.
