分析了HDDR工艺参数对Nd—Fe—B磁粉性能的影响,着重分析了歧化及再结合阶段的温度、压强和时间对磁粉微结构及磁性能的影响。通过分析比较给出了制备Nd—Fe-B磁粉的最佳工艺条件,并对今后HDDR工艺的发展进行了展望。
In this paper, the effects of HDDR process parameters on the properties of Nd- Fe-B magnetic powders were analyzed, and especially the effects of temperature, pressure and time of decomposition and recombination stages on properties of Nd-Fe-B magnetic powders were emphatically analyzed. The optimized process parameters are found by analyzing and comparing. Eventually, the development of HDDR process is forecasted.
