随着中国工业化的快速发展,资源环境基础支撑能力已成为区域持续发展的“瓶颈”,作为我国经济欠发达的区域和长江经济带的重要生态屏障,西南区资源环境的基础支撑能力不仅决定着西部大开发的战略取向,而且还影响着东、中部地区自然环境和社会经济的可持续发展。文章针对以往资源环境基础单要素分析方法的不足,尝试提出多要素综合动态分析方法,对西南区资源环境的基础支撑能力进行评价。从而为区域持续发展的资源基础研究提供一种理论思路和方法。
With rapid development of industrialization in China, resource-environment base supportability has being becoming a bottleneck. As an undeveloped economicregion and important ecologic-barrier of the Changjiang valley, resource-environment base supportability in southwest China not only decide strategic direction of the great exploitation in west China but also influence sustainable development of the whole country. This paper is aiming at evaluating the general pattern of resource-environment base supportability in southwest China through a multi-factor synthetical method, which refers to the interrelationship between regional re.source-environment base and human activities. The new findings of this paper could be concluded as the following: first, resource-environment base supportability in southwest China is becoming more and more uptight. Secondly, population growth, rather than economic activity, had a decisive influence on the uptight resource-environment base supportability of southwest China; Thirdly, in order to release the growing pressure on the resource-environment base supportability of southwest China, it could be useful to control population increase and improve the efficiency of resource-use on the other.
