从网络科学发展观出发，依据历年国家统计的高技术产业五大行业的统计数据，构建了4种类型的我国高技术产业网络．将实证研究和模型分析相结合，考察和分析了我国高技术产业网络的发展特点，揭示了我国高技术产业的拓扑特性和层次结构．

英文摘要：

The theory of complex networks is argued as a tool applicable to the economical and financial networks. Using detailed data in the China Statistics Yearbook about high technology industry, four types of chinese high technology industry networks （CHTIN） are constructed and investigated. Through combing the empirical data and theoretical models＇results, the evolutive features of CHTIN are analyzed and its topological characteristics and hierarchies are opened out.
