This paper is based upon a temporal network constituted by protein complexes during Saccharomyces cerevisiae cell cycle. By separating two subunits in the yeast complexes, and adopting a set of methods of systematic analysis and mathematic statistics, series of problems about time characteristics, mode characteristics, location and function of the complex assembly in yeast cell cycle are investigated. Some regular and heuristic conclusions are made.
