从风力发电机组优化选型系统开发角度,建立AHP-模糊综合评价体系,综合风电机组技术性能、运行业绩、技术服务与风场适应度等多项指标,对风电机组型号进行初步筛选。综合评价体系应用层次分析法确定各层次指标局部权重因子,再通过级乘归一化获得最终权重因子,利用隶属度函数求取各型号风机对最底层指标的隶属度,应用加权平均法获得每种型号风机最终满意值,进而确定各风电机组优劣排序,实现初步优化选型。结合实际待建风电场及备选风机型号相关数据,对该方法体系进行验证,结果表明该方法简单实用,可操作性强,适用于风力发电机组优化选型系统开发。
In the view of wind turbine optimized selection system, AHP (analytic hierarchy process) -fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system is established. Integrating wind turbine performance, running performance, technical services and wind field fitness, a preliminary screening of the wind turbine model is conducted. Comprehensive evaluation system determines weighting factor at all levels using AHP, and then owns the ultimate right by grade multiply and normalization. Membership degree of each wind turbine to the indicators on the bottom is calculated by using membership function, the ultimate satisfaction of each model is obtained by weighted average method. And then, each turbine wind in order is determined to realize preliminary selection. The above method is verified combined with the actual wind farms and alternative wind turbine data. The results show that the method proposed is simple, practical and operable, suitable for the development of wind turbines optimized selection system.
