针对目前动态仿真存在的模型、参数不准确这一现状,以IPLAN程序控制语言为二次开发平台,基于电力系统混合仿真,提出了一种缩小低频振荡分析误差的策略,即在电力系统仿真软件PSS/E中用接地时变导纳进行动态等值以实施混合仿真,并对区域联络线传输功率进行Prony分析,然后依据特征根灵敏度和参数辨识技术对其进行误差校正。算例表明了其可行性和正确性。
By applying the control language IPLAN of PSS/E,this paper presents a strategy to reduce the errors in analyzing low-frequency oscillations raised by the simulation parameter error. The first step of the proposed method is to implement the hybrid simulation in PSS/E with the partial power network replaced by the grounded time-varying admittance,followed by a Prony analysis of transferred power in the tie-line. Finally,the parameter errors are corrected via the relevant technologies of parameter identification and eigenvalue sensitivity. It is shown through an example that the strategy proposed is feasible and correct.
