为提高航空航天等复杂产品的质量和可靠性,结合复杂产品中管路研制的工程实践,提出一种管路数字化布局设计、制造与检测集成方法,建立了该方法的技术框架和集成应用业务流程,系统阐述了管路布局设计与自动评价、导管弯曲成形质量预测与检测、导管数字化制造集成技术及工艺数据库建立、基于多目视觉的管路数字化测量四个关键技术。通过在北京卫星制造厂中的应用,验证了所提方法的有效性。随着该技术的进一步发展,可真正实现全数字量传递的科学的管路一体化设计与制造。
To improve the quality and reliability of complex aerospace products, by combining with the engineering practice in pipeline design and manufacture, an integrated digital pipeline routing, manufacturing and inspection method was proposed. The technical framework and integrated application of this method were analyzed, and four key technologies included pipeline routing and automatic evaluation, pipeline bending quality prediction and inspec- tion, pipe integrated digital manufacturing technology and process database establishment, digital measure approach based on multi-ocular were elaborated. Through the application in Beijing satellite manufactory, the effectiveness of proposed method was proved. With the further development of the proposed method, the integrative full digital pipeline design and manufacture would be accomplished.
