针对复杂产品中管路布局耗时长,返工率高的问题,提出一种基于工程规则的管路自动布局与综合优化方法。该方法采用运动规划算法对管路系统进行自动布局,在此基础之上通过模拟退火算法对管路布局方案进行优化。在布局完成后,综合考虑管路的可加工性,结构特性,强度特性等工程约束,采用一种基于一阶谓词的知识建模方法建立了管路布局知识库,在此基础上提出一种基于ASP推理机的管路系统自动评价技术,实现了管路布局的综合评价,并将评价结果反馈给设计人员进行布局方案的优化。以航空发动机液压管路系统为例进行了应用验证,证明了该方法的正确性。
Pipe routing design is an important stage of the pipe manufactory in complex products. To make the pipe routing design more efficient and down the rework rate, an automatic pipe routing and optimization technology based on engineering constraints is introduced in this paper. An automatic pipe routing method which integrate motion planning technology and heuristic algorithm is carried out to design the layout of the pipe system. After the rough design, a pipe routing knowledge database is set up based on first-order predicate calculus. By using the knowledge database, the quality of the pipe routing design is assessed to generate the diagnosis information of pipe routing. The designer can optimize the pipe routing result based on the diagnosis information. By the end, a prototype is developed to validate the method.
