Pregnant women with influenza virus are at increased risk of severe complications and morbidity.Oseltamivir has been recommended for the treatment of pregnant women with influenza A H 1 N1 virus by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention （ CDC ） of American.This paper analysed pre -clinical and clinical data to assess the safety of osel-tamivir used during pregnancy , and reviewed the poor outcomes of preg-nant and fetus when pregnant women infected with influenza A H 1 N1 virus.
